Reservation Process
To request a reservation, visit our Book page and complete the form with detailed information. Once confirmed, a sitter will be matched to your family. You will receive a confirmation with details about payment, sitter arrival, and more.
Sitter Profiles
After selection, you'll receive the sitter’s profile, including their name, bio, and photo. We carefully match clients with sitters to ensure a positive experience.

Availability
Sitters are available any time within our operational hours, including nights and weekends, unless specified otherwise or for an extra fee. We accommodate last-minute and special requests, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.
Non-Discrimination Policy
BSC Nola LLC does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, age, disability, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic. We are committed to an inclusive environment for all clients, staff, and partners.
Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations are non-negotiable; to avoid fees, reschedule within the same week.

Changes must be made directly through BSC owners; Cancellations and/or modifications by text and/or directly with the babysitter will not be honored.

Changes to scheduled times within 24 hours or after will incur a $10 fee.

Childcare and transportation cancellations: $40; $20 if due to sickness or severe weather.

Event cancellations: $70; $50 due to weather conditions or illness.
*Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in service restrictions.
