BSC Providers LLC offers reduced Community & Roots Rates for qualifying families and individuals. These rates are designed to make dependable, professional childcare more accessible while providing the same trusted, vetted caregivers.

WHO QUALIFIES?

Community & Roots Rates are available to families who meet one or more of the following qualifications:

SNAP / Food Stamps
Medicaid / LaCHIP / WIC
Section 8 / Housing Assistance
Free or Reduced School Lunch
Household income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
Single parents experiencing financial hardship

One application is used for both Community and Roots Rates.

Submit one Community & Roots Rate application with the information requested.

BSC will review your application to determine which rate option you qualify for.

If approved, you will receive confirmation of your applicable Community or Roots Rate.

Once approved, you can use your eligible rate when booking qualifying BSC services.

Additional Child: +$5/hr

Best suited for date nights, errands, backup care, and occasional childcare.

Requires 8–10+ hours per week

Transportation is available at standard rates:

$50 starting rate + $8 per additional stop
